JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager, Sales Administration
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Primary purpose is to ensure a timely accurate release of all information to the sales force, subsequently, to ensure that all field requests are filled accurately in an efficient and timely manner. Liaise with marketing, purchasing, field sales and education, sales management and distributors, supporting multiple divisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ABILITITIES / SKILLS:
Primary contact for full-time field personnel for multiple divisions
Liaison between Field, Marketing, Management, and Distribution
Coordination and distribution of all field selling, promotional / new door materials.
Create, maintain, and distribute promotional item order forms, and communicate to the field with instruction
Allocation management: forecasts, analysis, sell through
Monitor orders versus forecasts on promotional items, calling out deviation to field, Sales Admin management, VP Sales
